Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in business, administrative, operations, billing, finance, or customer support.
• 1+ years using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Validate jobs for billing readiness with customer authorization and cost postings.
• Review and correct cost posting errors and billing discrepancies.
• Communicate with field offices regarding job status and billing readiness.
• Monitor open orders and support month-end close activities.
