SOLID Surface Care is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Charlotte, NC (Remote) to support Salesforce, sales reporting, and data analysis across the sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, you will maintain CRM data, build reports and dashboards, and optimize processes to help the team operate more efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reports and dashboards.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to analyze data and communicate meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support sales visibility and decision-making.
• Support Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor data quality, perform regular audits, and identify opportunities to improve CRM adoption and usability.
• Support Salesforce training and onboarding for new sales team members.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports on pipeline, sales activity, conversion, and performance.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, account assignments, and quota analysis.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales leadership.
• Provide day-to-day support to sales leaders and field sales teams on Salesforce and sales processes.
• Help maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and service information to support effective handoffs between Sales and Operations.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to resolve data and process issues.
• Assist with RFPs, sales presentations, process improvements, and other sales initiatives.
• Support the Director of Sales Operations with special projects and the integration of new markets and acquired businesses.
