BairesDev is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to help manage leads and support the Client Engagement team. The role is fully remote and requires strong CRM data management skills and excellent English proficiency.

You will review, qualify, and route incoming leads, assist with data enrichment and bulk uploads, and monitor reports to fix issues. Flexible hours and worldwide collaboration with the Top 1% tech talent are offered.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations or customer support.
• Proficiency in CRM data management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Review incoming leads, qualify them per criteria, and assign to Client Engagement reps.
• Introduce Client Engagements when needed.
• Ensure lead upload and assignment follow company procedures; clarify exceptions.
• Support Client Engagement with records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.

What You'll Do:

• - Review incoming leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and assign them to the appropriate Client Engagement rep per standard routing rules.
• - Introduce Client Engagement reps to leads when needed.
• - Ensure commercial teams follow the company's process for lead upload and assignment, clarifying the correct procedure whenever a request falls outside standard guidelines.
• - Support the Client Engagement team with operational tasks such as records enrichment, bulk uploads, and data cleansing.
• - Review automated reports that flag system issues and resolve the underlying problems.

• - 2+ years of experience working in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, or customer support.
• - Proficiency in CRM data management.
• - Advanced proficiency in English.
