Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Applications, Customer Service, or related industrial role.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered products preferred.
• Experience working with distributors, customers, and third-party manufacturing partners is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, including technical and commercial requirements.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to address customer requirements and technical questions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturing partners.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, backlog, quotation, and order information.
• Review customer purchase orders and coordinate order entry, pricing, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Manage customer backlog and proactively identify potential delivery issues.
• Manage purchase orders placed with third-party manufacturing vendors and monitor production and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate the Inside Sales order process to support accurate and on-time shipments.
• Communicate order status, schedule changes, and potential delays to customers and internal teams.
• Support key accounts and distributors in achieving sales and customer service objectives.
• Maintain accurate information in ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Prepare sales, backlog, forecasting, and performance reports for Sales Management.
• Provide technical and commercial customer support as required.
