Job summary

Natural Gas Solutions North America Llc is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales process from quotation through order fulfillment in Houston, TX. You will collaborate with customers, Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to address requirements, manage forecasts, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes preparing quotations, coordinating with distributors and third-party manufacturers, and maintaining accurate data in ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Distribution, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Applications, Customer Service, or a related industrial role.
• Experience in oil & gas, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, including technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to address customer requirements and technical questions.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturing partners.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, backlog, quotation, and order information.
• Review customer purchase orders and coordinate order entry, pricing, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Manage customer backlog and proactively identify potential delivery issues.
• Coordinate the Inside Sales order process to support accurate and on-time shipments.
• Communicate order status, schedule changes, and potential delays to customers and internal teams.
• Support key accounts and distributors in achieving sales and customer service objectives.
• Maintain accurate information in ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Prepare sales, backlog, forecasting, and performance reports for Sales Management.
• Provide technical and commercial customer support as required.
