Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to streamline sales processes and drive operational excellence. You will partner with sales leadership and business development to optimize tools, proposals, and reporting.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements across eCOA Neuroscience sales initiatives. Remote and hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business operations, or related function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Salesforce.com, including process administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of eCOA Neuroscience Sales in documenting, maintaining, and monitoring sales processes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and processes that improve the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of sales operations, proposal development, and business development activities.
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate critical internal and external client meetings.
• Lead special projects focused on sales performance metrics, KPIs, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Own and manage specific proposal development activities, including timeline creation, timeline tool optimization, and proposal support initiatives.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives, Client Solutions Leads, and operational stakeholders to track proposal development, timelines, and related deliverables.
• Review proposals, pricing documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with client requirements and RFP specs.
• Maintain and enhance Salesforce.com processes, documentation, and reporting capabilities to support organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Be Doing
