Job summary

HealthVerity in Center City, Philadelphia, is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Associate to help design and optimize our sales processes, CRM, analytics, and incentives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, you will support day-to-day operations and drive initiatives that improve efficiency and revenue growth.

You will build dashboards, run analytics with SQL and BI tools, administer incentive plans, and partner with Commercial Operations leaders on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of Sales Operations or related experience, preferably within a startup/growth SaaS environment.
• Power user of Salesforce, admin experience a plus.
• Power user of Excel/Google Sheets including pivot tables and charts.
• Comfort with manipulating data including SQL queries.
• Experience analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Sheets and BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QuickSight.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving our commercial rhythm of business and Sales process by supporting the design and implementation of our Sales processes and CRM.
• Support regular analytics and reporting; use SQL and BI tools to provide leadership with clear performance insights.
• Administer Sales team Incentive Compensation Plans with Commercial Operations leaders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support cross-functional projects to increase efficiency.
• Design and build reports and dashboards within CRM and BI tools.
• Support development of CRM to measure, analyze and report commercial KPIs.
• Reduce bottlenecks to increase velocity of the Sales process; introduce automation and additional tools where appropriate.
