Teams meet in person 2-4 times annually in interesting locations worldwide.

We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to join a team that helps Canonical's sales teams achieve their goals. The team focuses on continuous process and data quality improvement to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will be proactive, demonstrate initiative, maintain compliance, and support the company's growth and success.

The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and improved CRM data quality, supporting key business decisions. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers, team players, and passionate about the tech industry and open source technology.

Location: These roles are remote, based in the EMEA and Americas regions.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Support daily sales operations globally
2. Review opportunities for accuracy and process orders post-deal closure
3. Assist in improving sales data quality and processes
4. Report on data metrics to executive stakeholders
5. Implement surveys and define relevant metrics
6. Support CRM and sales systems globally
7. Deliver sales metrics, dashboards, and perform analytical tasks
8. Lead automation and streamline the Lead to Order process

Candidate Requirements:

1. Strong academic background from high school and university
2. Experience in sales operations or order processing roles
3. Experience with subscription-based technology businesses
4. Proven ability to improve data quality
5. Systematic, energetic approach focused on scalable outcomes
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Ability to collaborate across organizational levels globally
8. Effective communication across departments such as Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing
9. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
10. Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
