We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to support our sales teams in achieving business goals. The team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will proactively improve team workflows, maintain compliance, and support governance.

The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and CRM data quality, aiding key business decisions. We seek a proactive problem solver and team player passionate about partnering with sales leadership and promoting open source technology to a broader audience. The candidate will design and implement programs to support Canonical's growth.

Location: These roles are remote within the EMEA and Americas regions.

The role entails:

  1. Supporting daily sales operations globally
  2. Reviewing opportunities for accuracy and provisioning orders post-deal closure
  3. Assisting in improving sales data quality and processes
  4. Reporting data quality metrics to executive stakeholders
  5. Implementing surveys and defining metrics for leadership
  6. Supporting CRM and sales systems globally
  7. Delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
  8. Leading automation and streamlining the Lead to Order process

What we are looking for in you:

  • Strong academic record from high school and university
  • Experience in sales operations or order processing roles
  • Experience in a technology subscription business
  • Proven ability to improve data quality
  • Energetic, systematic, and focused on scalable outcomes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational levels globally
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
