Adecco is assisting a major client in Waltham, MA to hire a Sales Operations Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis. The role focuses on building templates, standardizing processes, and supporting strategic account leaders with data-driven insights.

You will develop dashboards, optimize data collection, and lead planning meetings to drive efficiency across Commercial Operations. Relevant experience with Salesforce and MS Office is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics/operations, commercial business/portfolio management, or a related field.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Highly analytical and able to draw insights from big data.
• Demonstrates executive presence and professional communication with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working to ensure consistent and effective internal communications and enable continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collect current view of all processes and templates used by strategic accounts; prioritize standardization and analytics; develop processes or templates and roll out.
• Support strategic account leaders to use, implement, and improve standards.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations functions to optimize data collection and content development.
• Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives and follow-up to drive project execution.
• Represent the Strategic Accounts team in surveys, RFI/RFPs and sophisticated requests, delivering solutions that build customer confidence and drive efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports translating complex data into clear business insights.

Job Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining communication templates, optimizing data collection, and collaborating with various teams to improve sales processes. The Analyst will also lead planning meetings and support strategic account leaders in enhancing standards for internal discussions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize templates and standard ways of working to ensure consistent and effective internal communications and enable continuous improvement and innovation.

• Collect current view of all processes and templates strategic accounts use for internal and external discussion. Prioritize where standardization and improved analytics can provide value for internal and external discussions. Develop process and/or templates then roll out.

• Support the strategic account leaders to use, implement, and improve standards.

• Collaborate with other Commercial Operation functions such as Business Unit leaders, Finance, and IT to optimize data collection and content development.

• Lead internal planning meetings with clear objectives, consistent follow-up and communications that drive execution of assigned projects.

• Represent the Strategic Accounts team with other groups and functions to administer customer surveys, RFI/RFPs, and sophisticated requests, delivering solutions that build customer confidence and drive efficiency.

• Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business insights.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelors degree

• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics/operations, commercial business/portfolio management, or a related field. Finance and Planning analysis in products and services industries

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce strongly preferred

• Highly analytical and ability to draw insights from big data

• Demonstrates executive presence and professional communication with the ability to influence at all levels

• Strong project management skills

Pay Details:

$33.00 to $43.00 per hour
