Employment Type: Contract

Schedule: Standard Business Hours

Duration: 5+ months with the possibility of extension

Pay rate: $53.56 - $55.56/hr

Job Description

The Sales Operations Analyst will support the NAM Sales Operations team with data-centric tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across segments. Responsibilities include managing account data, supporting sales teams, troubleshooting data issues, and assisting with sales planning and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle account change requests, hierarchy updates, and ensure accurate firmographics.
• De-duplicate accounts, troubleshoot data issues, and ensure data quality for sales quoting.
• Process manual requests related to compensation credit splits, bonus requests, and territory credits.
• Assist with FY25 sales planning and support Anaplan-related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in sales operations or data management preferred.

Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in MS Suite, Google Suite, troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Tableau and Anaplan.
• Fluent in English (spoken, read, written).
