The Opportunity

FastSpring's Sales Revenue Operations team is seeking a talented individual to join us as a Sales Operations Analyst. As a crucial component of our go-to-market function, our team is committed to driving exceptional revenue growth by delivering best-in-class solutions across the entire GTM engine. Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, this position is part of our Sales organization and works with individuals who are part of driving revenue operations within our Marketing and Customer teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Salesforce, salesforce processes, configuration, workflows and integration to our GTM tech stack.
  • Manage and maintain technology across the go-to-market tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, LeanData, and other best-in-class solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and manage day-to-day functions of Salesforce, including workflows, reporting, data integrity, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Provide Salesforce administration setup and training for new users.
  • Assist the broader Revenue Operations team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies in order to implement and refine go-to-market processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to go-to-market processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Engage and work with operations teams and lines of business to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results.
  • Implement and apply data hygiene processes to regularly improve the quality and accuracy of records in all systems, and develop new processes to acquire net new prospects for go-to-market teams.
  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools across go-to-market teams.
  • Partner with broader Revenue Operations functions to understand, implement, and train teams on new features/functionality of tools in go-to-market tech stack.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiate/drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of administering Salesforce in fast paced SaaS organizations
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credentials required, Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience administering other best-in-class technologies including ZoomInfo, Outreach, LeanData, Gong (or comparable tools)
  • Experience working cross functionally with all stakeholders using Salesforce, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, etc
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements

The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). In addition, FastSpring provides a variety of benefits to employees.

$110,000 — $140,000 USD
