Staffmark Group is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Plano, TX on-site. The role focuses on creating and publishing regular performance reports, analyzing forecast accuracy, sales trends and promotional impact, and supporting monthly closings with finance.

Strong attention to detail, quantitative analysis and financial numeracy are essential; Korean language skills are a plus. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 5–8 years of related experience in finance, business, or supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 5–8 years of experience in finance, business, or supply chain management.
• Experience in telecommunications/mobile/wireless industry preferred, with finance, logistics, or program management exposure.
• Experience resolving product development, launch, delivery, and logistics issues; drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and publish regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on performance and KPIs.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time-sensitive environment.
• Provide detailed reports on forecast accuracy, sales performance, and ROI of promotions.
• Evaluate past promotions and ROI; adjust forecasting methodologies as needed.
• Use data analytics to assess promotion and sales program success and recommend adjustments.
• Support promotion/marketing investment approvals and monthly closing with finance teams.
• Prepare reports on sales deductions, aging and related metrics to support targets.
• Coordinate daily communications between HQ and cross-functional teams on production allocation, delivery and inventory needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and publish regular weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on business performance and KPIs to aid decision making and business management
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in a time sensitive environment.
• Provide detailed reports on forecast accuracy, sales performance, and promotional impact, refining forecasting methodologies as needed.
• Evaluate the performance of historical promotions, conducting post-mortem analysis to determine efficacy, forecast accuracy, and ROI.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the success of promotions and sales programs, recommending adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Support business operations through timely management of promotion and marketing related investment approvals
• Assist in the monthly closing process by coordinating with finance teams.
• Prepare financial reports on sales deductions, claims, aging, and other related metrics to support business target achievement.
• May communicate daily between headquarters and internal cross-functional teams and handle escalation on production allocation, delivery requirements, and inventory management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of experience preferably in finance, business, or supply chain management
• Experience in the telecommunications and/or wireless industry requiring management of finance, logistics, distribution, program management, and/or business planning, or equivalent work experience in planning, finance, or operations.
• Experience should include researching and resolving customer product development, launch, delivery, and logistics issues; driving process improvement to streamline business cadence.
• Data Analytics, Forecasting and direct Customer interface experience preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
• Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
• Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.
• Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
• The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based sometime vaguely defined objectives.
