We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to support sales teams in achieving their goals. The team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative in improving team workflows, maintaining compliance, and governance.

The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and CRM data quality to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, team player, and passionate about partnering with sales leadership and promoting open source technology.

Location: These roles are remote in the EMEA and Americas regions.

The role entails:

1. Supporting daily sales operations globally
2. Reviewing opportunities for accuracy and provisioning orders post-deal closure
3. Assisting in improving sales data quality and processes
4. Reporting data quality metrics to executives
5. Implementing surveys and defining metrics for leadership
6. Supporting CRM and sales systems globally
7. Delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and analytical tasks
8. Leading automation and streamlining the Lead to Order process

What we are looking for in you:

• Strong academic record from high school and university
• Experience in sales operations/order processing roles
• Experience in technology subscription businesses
• Experience in data quality improvement
• Systematic, energetic, and focused on scalable outcomes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels globally
• Effective communication across departments like Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks
