Atos North America is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused mid-level Sales Operations Analyst to support sales execution, business performance management, forecasting, pipeline governance, and operational excellence across the North America organization.

This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership by providing data-driven insights, scalable operational processes, performance analytics, and AI-enabled automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to analyze operational performance, identify process gaps, and implement scalable improvements across North America.
  • Support go-to-market (GTM) execution through forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, performance tracking, and sales governance.
  • Translate complex business data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making and business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor key sales performance indicators and recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Own and maintain pipeline governance practices to ensure forecast accuracy and opportunity visibility.
  • Lead weekly pipeline, forecast, and deal review cadences with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts using historical trends, scenario modeling, and business intelligence tools.
  • Identify deal risks, revenue opportunities, and pipeline trends to support proactive sales management.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, governance compliance, and pipeline hygiene standards across the sales organization.
  • Lead data quality initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting reliability.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CRM workflows, forecasting processes, and reporting methodologies.
  • Deliver training and best-practice guidance to drive adoption and consistency across sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and operational processes through Power Automate and similar technologies.
  • Leverage AI-enabled analytics and automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency, surface deal risks, identify business trends, and accelerate root-cause analysis.
  • Support technology adoption initiatives that enhance sales productivity and reduce administrative effort.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational scalability and efficiency.
  • Advanced Data Tools: Combine Salesforce data with Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables) and SQL.
  • Data Visualization: Connect CRM data to reporting software like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Support annual operating plans, quota management, territory alignment, and capacity planning initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations related to sales coverage models, resource allocation, and revenue planning.
  • Assist leadership in evaluating business performance and operational readiness across various market segments.
  • Facilitate structured deal review processes for large strategic opportunities and complex sales pursuits.
