  • Monitor the health and integrity of Salesforce data, conducting regular audits and cleanup processes to ensure accuracy

  • Design and deploy Salesforce Lightning pages, dashboards, and reports to provide the sales team with real-time insights and tracking

  • Administer user access, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate visibility and data security within Salesforce

Sales Operations & Support

  • Create and implement the training, coaching, communications, and change management necessary to make Salesforce a powerful tool

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, and Approval Processes) to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual entry

  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure the best practices for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and accurate forecasting. Conduct training and respond to on-demand inquiries from the Sales team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with functional and executive leadership to ensure smooth lead capture, qualification, and handoff processes between Salesforce and other corporate automation platforms.

  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between Salesforce and ERP systems for accurate orders and revenue forecasting.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as lead conversion rates, sales cycle times, win rates, stage-to-stage progression, and quota attainment

  • Support sales forecasting by directly analyzing sales pipeline health, trends, and risks within Salesforce

  • Provide executive-level reports and insights, leveraging Salesforce data to support strategic business decisions and quarterly reviews

Process Improvement

  • Identify process inefficiencies within Salesforce and implement process improvements to streamline sales workflows and boost team productivity

  • Lead initiatives and work with existing ESG technical systems resources to integrate third-party applications with Salesforce to enhance sales operations

  • Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce configurations and customizations to better support evolving business needs and sales strategies

Your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Salesforce certifications preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, Salesforce CRM administration, collaboration with field Sales teams, and data analysis, preferably in the energy services industry

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning)

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation, including custom reports, dashboards, and filters

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on using Salesforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., ERP, HubSpot, marketing automation tools) is a plus

  • Knowledge of the energy industry (e.g., energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy security services) is highly desirable

A bonus to have:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder)

  • Strong communication and collaboration with field Sales teams, project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage complex Salesforce configuration and optimization projects

  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure Salesforce meets business requirements

What we bring to you:
