About the role :
- This role is a New York City based HYBRID position. Candidates must be located in NYC and willing to come into the office three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Fubo's Ad Sales organization is seeking an Advertising Sales Operations Analyst to manage the execution and optimization of advertising campaigns, support inventory analysis, and develop yield strategies across direct IO, programmatic, and owned & operated platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of digital ad operations, trafficking, campaign delivery, and inventory forecasting. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and drive revenue growth through operational excellence and data-informed insights.
Responsibilities :
- Traffic and monitor campaigns across direct IO and programmatic channels to ensure accurate implementation, timely launches, and full delivery in line with client expectations.
- Optimize programmatic deals, private marketplaces, and third-party creative integrations across SSP and DSP.
- Address campaign delivery issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
- Analyze inventory availability and sell-through to inform ad sales proposals and ad ops optimizations.
- Participate in cross-functional calls to map out campaign deliverables and complex executions based on agency/client needs.
- Model ad inventory capacities based on audience projections to support media planning and pricing, considering digital viewership trends.
- Analyze CPMs, fill rates, eCPMs, and other key performance metrics to identify revenue opportunities and suggest pricing strategies.
- Work with internal teams and ad tech partners to align forecasting tools and develop workflow/process improvements to enhance customer experience and campaign performance.
- Provide ad hoc reporting on ad server, SSP, and inventory metrics as needed.
Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.
- One to three years of experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or yield/inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and digital ad servers preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a desire to grow professionally and analytically.
