  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be providing exemplary customer service to our clients.
Key Activities
  • Supporting customer accounts through pricing, administration, operational execution, reporting, and data analysis to ensure accurate and timely business operations.
  • Managing pricing and system updates, maintaining data integrity and coordinating cross‑functional activities.
  • Establishing strong and long‑term client relationships and developing a thorough understanding of clients’ business and demands for energy.
  • Developing an understanding of the products and services of the Company and maximizing sales to customers.
  • Analyzing pricing, sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data models while ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Collaborating with terminals, billing, logistics, and other operational teams to coordinate customer and operational activities across departments.
  • Demonstrating professional behaviors that mirror our Company Values of Respect for Others, Integrity, Collaborative Innovation, and Heart.
  • Serving as primary point of contact for clients and collaborating with internal resources to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Supporting company initiatives, providing actionable feedback, sharing best practices and serving as an advocate and information source.
Qualifications

To meet the basic qualifications for this role, you must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.   • Minimum of 3 years experience in account management, sales support, and/or operations
  • 1 year experience in the petroleum industry desired
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers
  • Proactive and self‑motivated
  • Ability to achieve goals independently and contribute as a team player
  • Skill in identifying ways to improve sales and performance
  • Ability to combine analytical skills and creativity to solve problems

Hiring Range

$94,000 to $112,000 plus non‑discretionary bonus.
