Job Title: Remote Sales Operations Specialist

Salary Range: $65,000 - $82,000

The Role

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will enhance our sales processes by managing data and generating reports in Salesforce, lead training on process improvements, and support operational tasks to ensure smooth sales activities. Deep knowledge of sales data and tools is essential for success.

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and communicate key sales metrics to inform strategy.
  2. Maintain and improve Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  3. Identify training needs and manage weekly sessions.
  4. Collaborate on designing Salesforce reporting solutions.
  5. Ensure data accuracy through audits.
  6. Manage data structures, hierarchies, and permissions.
  7. Support sales forecasting and planning.
  8. Train end-users on Salesforce tools and best practices.
  9. Handle administrative tasks like workflow management and communication.
  10. Maintain Salesforce architecture and tools.
  11. Manage incentive programs and review sales contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in sales operations or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
