Provider Partners Connect Care (PPCC) is a value-based care organization participating in the CMS ACO High Needs REACH model. We work directly with long-term care providers, clinicians, and post-acute facilities to improve care for complex, high-needs Medicare beneficiaries through proactive clinical support, data-driven insights, and aligned incentives.

Position Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position supports sales strategy execution through data analysis, CRM optimization, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM for opportunity tracking, pipeline reporting, and territory management
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast growth, and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Create and distribute weekly and monthly reports on sales performance metrics
  • Support onboarding and enablement of sales team members with tools, templates, and process documentation
  • Assist with lead scoring, prospect segmentation, and campaign tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align outreach efforts and measure ROI
  • Manage and refine sales processes to reduce friction and improve consistency
  • Support contract workflow tracking, DocuSign integration, and coordination with legal and operations teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years in sales operations, business analytics, or CRM management (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (required); experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
