Job summary

Jobtailor in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Retail Analytics specialist to prepare and maintain reporting for Sam’s Club and Walmart, and to manage item setup across retailer systems.

You will be the Retail Link administrator, create GTINs, maintain dotcom content, and partner with Sales leadership to support growth while ensuring data governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience considered in lieu.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting Walmart and/or Sam’s Club
• Retail Link experience; Admin experience preferred
• Shared report creation and maintenance across multiple categories
• Item setup and item maintenance
• Familiarity with GTIN creation and item data governance
• DSV order and defect reporting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency required
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, retail-focused environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• At least 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States of America
• Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Authorize Background Check

Responsibilities
