Job Title: Sales Operations Administrative Assistant Location: Onsite | Full-Time | Non-Exempt Start Date: Immediate Opening Reports To: Vice President of Sales

Join Our Team at Yeager Supply! Are you a detail-driven administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Yeager Supply is looking for a Sales Operations Administrative Assistant to support our Sales and Operations teams. If you're organized, communicative, and ready to take initiative, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

As a central support to our daily operations, you'll:

  • Manage customer returns and vendor authorizations with precision and care.
  • Coordinate return documentation and ensure compliance with company and vendor policies.
  • Compile and distribute electronic quality and compliance certifications.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records of returns and quality documents.
  • Support accounting with credit and inventory reconciliation tasks.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, customers, and vendors.
  • Perform general office administration, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and supply management.

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Skilled communicator who can interact professionally across departments and with external partners.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and proactive in an industrial office setting.

Requirements

Minimum:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years of office/administrative experience.
  • Basic keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and move about both office and warehouse spaces.

Preferred:

  • Experience in wholesale or industrial supply (pipe, valves, fittings).
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping or ERP systems.

Physical & Environmental Expectations

  • Some standing and movement required in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
  • Regular use of standard office equipment.
  • Occasional stair climbing to access files/materials.
