84 Lumber is seeking a Sales Office Administrator/Supervisor in Commerce City, CO. You will support sales staff, manage customer accounts, process orders, and assist with invoicing and billing. The role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure timely, accurate order processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage orders, invoicing, and AR.

Responsibilities

• Assist salespeople in managing customer accounts.
• Address inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Assist with ordering and processing materials.
• Assist with back-charging and billing tasks.
• Coordinate between sales and operations to fulfill orders.
• Prepare quotes and review customer orders.
• Monitor billing and AR balances.
