84 Lumber is seeking a Sales Office Administrator/Supervisor to assist salespeople with customer accounts and handle inquiries, orders, and back charging. The role supports the store’s customers and coordinates with the sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years in sales support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Enforces sales directives to the sales support staff.
• Coordinate sales orders and liaise between sales, store manager and coordinators.
• Review orders for accuracy and documentation.
• Prepare quotes and process customer orders.
• Provide updates on shipments and delivery schedules.
• Assist with billing, AR, and back-office tasks.
