Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in the United States is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a flexible, 24/7 operation. You will coordinate with customers, merchandisers and drivers to ensure coverage and timely orders.

This role involves setting up displays, executing promotions, managing stock, and building strong store relationships while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves; provides vacation coverage.
• Manages and sells to an assigned group of customers on daily routes; generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to ensure RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product; returns pallets and damaged items.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials; rotates product; coordinates vendors.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, and opportunities.
• May be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends; coordinates route coverage and liaison between customer, merchandiser and driver.
