Job summary

Jobtailor in Boston is seeking a delivery-focused Sales Representative to manage key retail accounts across the region. You will follow a fixed route, build rapport with store managers, ensure product availability, and support in-store promotions.

Ideal candidate has 1–2 years in CPG/retail, strong organization, drive, and a customer-service mindset. Travel to nearby regions may be required to support other territories.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in the CPG, hospitality/restaurant or retail industries preferred.
• Able to start at 7:30am, Mon–Fri.
• Comfortable driving to/from retail stores following a fixed route.
• Experience with sales KPIs and ability to achieve quotas and goals.

Responsibilities

• Follow a specific delivery schedule/route while developing and maintaining key retail accounts.
• Establish rapport with store managers and receivers.
• Follow up to ensure consistent ordering and product availability.
• Ensure Hint products, pricing, displays, and shelves are properly maintained.
• Communicate out-of-stocks, issues, and opportunities to the local manager.
• Build and maintain displays, racks, coolers, push glides, marketing banners, and other sales spaces.
• Keep point-of-sale materials and signage up to date.
• Replenish coolers and stock shelves using backstock.
• Introduce local account managers to new distributor flavor options.
• Assist with customer demos and local events.
• Sell in new flavors and additional SKUs.
• Coordinate daily account coverage, promotional weeks, displays, and sales efforts with the Manager.
• Track account information, take pictures, and schedule follow-ups using Repsly CRM.
• Travel to adjacent regions as requested to support other territories.
