Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an in-store representative in Akron, Ohio to maintain compliance and ensure the availability of products across assigned accounts. You will monitor merchandising, reset stores, and support customer fulfillment programs while traveling within the geographical area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of retail, customer service, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License - may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Check and report product voids.
• Maintain ad hoc merchandising.
• Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump.
• Set new stores and perform required resets.
• Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering.
• Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area.
• Assist with customer service issues or complaints.
• Complete pricing surveys as required.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
