Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking an in-store coordinator to ensure compliance and effective merchandising across the Akron area, supporting retailers with accurate planograms, timely restocking, and clean presentation.

You will travel to customer stores as required, manage inventory and pricing surveys, assist with customer fulfillment programs, and resolve service issues while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years in retail, customer service, or related experience.
• Certification and/or license may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Check and report product voids
• Maintain ad hoc merchandising
• Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump
• Set new stores and perform required resets
• Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs including scan-based trading and web-based ordering
• Travel to customer store locations within a specific geographical area
• Assist with customer service issues or complaints
• Complete pricing surveys as required
• Report food safety and food quality issues to management immediately

GENERAL PURPOSE

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
