Job summary

ProActivate is seeking a versatile support professional for an in-office role in Flemington, NJ. The position blends sales support, marketing tasks, and cross‑functional collaboration across teams such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will manage order entry, lead routing, collateral management, and trade show coordination while generating reports and maintaining CRM data.

Qualifications

• Experience with order entry and CRM systems in a fast-paced office setting.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability are essential.
• Ability to analyze data, build reports, and support multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Order entry — Process customer orders accurately and consistently as a core part of daily operations.
• Lead routing — Review inbound leads and assign them to the correct sales representatives based on territory guidelines.
• Collateral management — Maintain and update sales and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Trade show coordination — Support planning, logistics, and preparation for trade shows and marketing initiatives.
• Reporting & analytics — Compile reports, build dashboards, and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and support business visibility.
• CRM upkeep — Maintain accurate CRM data and support documentation and process improvements.
• Cross‑functional support — Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service to support daily operations and shifting priorities.
• $25.00–$27.00 per hour (non‑exempt)
• Variable Annual Bonus: Target bonus opportunity of up to 5–7%, based on individual performance and company financial results.
