Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Aurora, OH (Onsite)

Company: Sparex, part of AGCO

Overview: Join AGCO to help solve global challenges such as feeding the growing population and combating climate change. Sparex is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our aftermarket agricultural parts sales and marketing team in Aurora, OH. This role involves managing the inside sales team, key accounts, marketing activities, and messaging to enhance the Sparex brand. Collaborate with the product manager for product line expansion and oversee program and promotions planning.

Your Impact
  • Sales Management: Lead the inside sales team, ensure effective communication with accounts, and actively manage key accounts to increase sales. Foster a culture committed to customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Management: Develop monthly programs and promotions to boost sales and brand awareness using printed materials and e-commerce platforms.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Work with product development to introduce new products and lines.
  • Analyze marketing performance to enhance sales and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field.
  • At least 5 years of sales management and marketing experience.
  • Experience in the agricultural industry, especially with parts business, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $54K - $110K, based on experience. Bonus potential of 7%. Benefits include health care, wellness plans, flexible and virtual work options, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and time off, continuing education reimbursement, and more.
