Homewood Suites by Hilton University City Philadelphia is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive ecommerce initiatives and partner with Revenue Management on pricing and channel strategies. You will develop strategic plans across all business segments and pursue key accounts to grow revenue.

The role requires leadership in sales execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strong PR/marketing experience to enhance customer value and market share.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required; advanced coursework in business administration, marketing and communications a plus.
• Previous sales experience in a comparable hotel size and scope required with operations experience preferred.
• Public relations and community marketing experience required.
• Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Delphi and access database tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong Ecommerce presence managing internet market and social media opportunities and relationships.
• Work with Revenue Management to develop, communicate and implement sales strategies, channel management, and pricing strategies.
• Use data to develop strategic plans to incorporate all business segments and support hotel goals.
• Identify customer requirements and craft offers to increase revenue share for the hotel.
• Monitor sales team objectives and adjust performance against annual marketing plan.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Articulate hotel benefits to close sales opportunities and negotiate terms.
• Prepare and maintain an annual marketing plan with measurable initiatives for each business segment.
