Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience or training in administrative support and data entry.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing Department Directors, Category Managers and Field Teams.
• Enter data and maintain records for deal sheets and cost changes.
• Create surveys and promote deals, events, and promotions to vendors and retailers.
• Enter and modify booked orders from member retailers and vendors.
• Produce daily reports and run analytic reports as needed.
• Maintain data integrity and assist with various department transfers and billbacks.
