Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support the Director of Sales and Marketing through the implementation of sales and marketing programs. This role involves coordinating with the Front Office team, Sales and Marketing team, Housekeeping, all Resort Managers and Executive Offices to ensure guest and resident needs are met.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing through the implementation of sales and marketing programs.

REPORTS TO:

Regional Directors of Sales

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal: Front office team, Sales and Marketing team, Housekeeping, all Resort Managers and Executive Offices.

External: Resort & Resident guests/visitors, the Owners, Travel and Tour Company Representatives and Meeting Planners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish, Portuguese or Russian. Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Ability to:
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize and organize.
• Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
• Follow directions thoroughly
• Understand guest’s services and needs.
