Job summary

Plego is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our Chicago-area team on-site in Downers Grove, IL. You will run outbound campaigns, coordinate webinars and events, and keep marketing materials ready to share.

You’ll also support sales with timely responses and meetings, building client-ready case studies as needed. The role blends marketing coordination with sales support, requiring 2–3 years of experience, strong CRM skills, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, or a similar role in tech/digital agency.
• Hands-on experience running outreach campaigns, webinars, events, or trade shows.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Clear writing skills to turn project details into client-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate marketing efforts across campaigns, events, and content.
• Run outbound sales campaigns through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and campaign information requests, and bring in the sales team when a meeting is needed.
• Set meetings for the sales team and help create new opportunities.
• Manage invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups for webinars and seminars.
• Plan and coordinate trade show participation, including registration, logistics, vendors, and booth materials.
• Maintain marketing materials and sales collateral so they are current and ready to share.
• Build concise, to-the-point case studies from client projects.
• Keep contacts, activities, and deals up to date in the CRM, and share a weekly summary of campaign and event results.
• Help clients learn the tools we build for them, such as the Strapi CMS, and join client calls when needed.
