The Sales-Marketing Associate is responsible for the recruitment and retention of all Neighborhood product lines. The key to success in this position is to have strong community relationships as well as to ensure that members and prospective members are educated on benefits and enrollment processes. The Associate will be responsible for sharing data with the Marketing department and/or other internal departments and external partners.
The Sales-Marketing Associate will significantly impact the growth of new members through the use of data collections, community and provider outreach, and member satisfaction information. This person must have significant community involvement and contacts to recruit new members. Ensure adherence to CMS guidelines in all sales activities. The person will impact growth through community relationships, educational and sales presentations, and application assistance.
This position requires a Rhode Island Broker License to support licensing requirements for our insurance lines. Handling Medicaid and Duals member calls requires adherence to scripts and procedures. The Associate directly influences membership growth by providing high-quality service with professionalism and respect.
