Job summary

Townsquare Media is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant for our Northern New England team with duties split between Dover, NH and Portland, ME. You’ll support the Sales department on pre-sale and post-sale tasks and coordinate campaigns across departments; strong communication and organization are essential.

The role offers an in-office environment, creative input, and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced media company serving local brands such as WOKQ, WHOM, and WBLM.

Qualifications

• You are a people person, fast learner and love problem solving.
• Demonstrated graphic design and writing experience and talent.
• Expert-level skills with PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
• Organization and time management ninja. You pride yourself on never dropping a ball.

Responsibilities

• Multi-faceted collaboration with Sales, Digital, Traffic, Accounting, radio station Brand Managers and clients to organize campaigns.
• Assists with creation of data-driven advertising campaign performance reports.
• Maintains sales metrics, databases, and client records.
• Attend events on behalf of the radio stations.
• Provides administrative support for management.
