Job summary

Townsquare Media in Dover, NH and Portland, ME offers a full-time, in-office Sales & Marketing Assistant role in the Northern New England region. You will support the Sales department with pre-sale and post-sale tasks, coordinate campaigns with multiple departments, and communicate directly with clients.

The position emphasizes organization, creativity, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• People person who learns quickly and loves problem solving.
• Graphic design and writing experience. Expands campaign assets.
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel and Canva for proposals and reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Digital, Traffic, Accounting and clients to organize campaigns.
• Assist with creative, client communication, data research and proposals.
• Create data-driven campaign performance reports.
• Maintain sales metrics, databases and client records.
• Coordinate campaign execution and communication with trade accounts.
• Represent stations at events and provide admin support.
• Bring creative ideas to improve workflow and outcomes.
