Job summary

Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. You will support special projects, promotional items, and event planning for trade shows and conferences, while helping optimize our sales and marketing processes.

The role also involves marketing research, document management, and administrative assistance to enhance departmental efficiency. This is a full-time, hourly position paying $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of office, sales, or marketing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the team by collaborating on special projects, coordinating promotional items, and making key contributions in event planning for trade shows and conferences. This role assists the optimization of our sales and marketing processes, helping to present our cutting-edge solutions to the world. And beyond these exciting responsibilities, you'll enhance departmental efficiency through insightful marketing research, document management, and administrative assistance.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $16.00-$20.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements
