Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a skilled MIG Welder II to perform complex welding tasks using MIG and TIG equipment in our Grand Junction, CO facility. You will interpret blueprints, execute precise welds, and mentor junior welders.

This full-time hourly role requires safety and quality focus and offers growth within production standards. The position requires a 1G certification within 90 days, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be successful in acquiring a 1G certification within first 90 days.
• Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient in the English language.
• 3+ years welding experience preferred.
• Proficient with SAP.

Responsabilités

Join our team as a MIG Welder II, where you'll tackle complex welding tasks using both MIG and TIG equipment in a dynamic and supportive environment. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The MIG Welder II is responsible for performing more complex welding tasks using both metal inert gas (MIG) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding equipment. This position must understand and apply welding techniques, work quickly & skillfully with their hands and with others to complete components in specified time frame. This position must be successful in acquiring a 1G certification within first 90 days of employment.

This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $21.00-$26.00 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma / GED Equivalent


• Must be successful in acquiring a 1G certification within first 90 days.


• Valid Driver’s License with the ability to travel as needed.


• Authorized to work in the United States of America.


• Proficient in the English Language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years previous welding experience and/or welding certificate.


• Proficient with SAP.
