Job summary

The Lodge of Four Seasons in the Lake Ozark area is seeking a Sales Administrative/Marketing Assistant to join our TEAM. You’ll support sales initiatives, marketing efforts, events, and day-to-day operations while using both organizational and creative skills to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities include preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, managing calendars, assisting with social media content, Canva flyers, and data tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years of administrative experience in sales or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Experience creating promotional materials using Canva.
• Amadeus Sales & Catering (Sales/CS) software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
• Manage and maintain the Sales team calendar.
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and excellent service.
• Assist with sales reports, tracking, and basic data analysis.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and records.
• Create in-house promotional flyers and marketing materials in Canva.
• Assist the Director with social media content and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain the website calendar of events.
• Support special projects and collaborate with departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
