Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to support the C&I Sales Organization with marketing collateral, business planning, and performance analysis. You will manage initiatives to improve internal processes and support market intelligence from Shelton, CT, with additional potential locations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and at least one year of marketing experience, plus proficiency with PDF design tools and Salesforce.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or engineering.
• Minimum of one year of marketing experience.
• Experience utilizing design and/or PDF editing software.
• CRM skills (Salesforce.com) recommended.
• Strong administrative skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and update the C&I Sales Playbook with brand information and operating model.
• Create collateral and documents using PDF/design software for field sales.
• Create and edit maps for market strategy analysis and regional planning.
• Manage marketing funds, distributor pre-approvals, and claims in coordination with business units.
• Support pilots with data analysis to identify opportunities.
• Contribute to end market analysis to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain competitive matrices and liaison with marketing teams.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new markets.
