MPower Direct LLC in Cincinnati is seeking motivated Residential Energy Sales Representatives to help homeowners explore energy options while developing sales, communication, and leadership skills.

No experience? We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. Weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Sales experience welcome but not required.
• Experience in customer service, recruiting, hospitality, athletics, retail, or other people-focused environments can be helpful.
• Work ethic, communication, confidence, and coachability matter more than previous job title.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners face-to-face throughout the Cincinnati area.
• Introduce homeowners to renewable energy solutions and available options.
• Build genuine rapport and communicate confidently with customers.
