Golden Supply, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Sales Manager to lead approximately 12 employees across three sales divisions.
This role is responsible for improving profitability, sales performance, accountability, customer development, and CRM discipline while creating a productive, results‑oriented sales culture.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Owner and take primary responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the sales organization.
NetSuite is Golden Supply’s required CRM.
The Sales Manager will ensure employees consistently:
Training needs should be addressed appropriately; however, continued failure to follow established processes must be managed as a performance issue.

The Sales Manager must understand that sales volume alone does not equal success. Growth must contribute to healthy margins, productive customer relationships, and sustainable profitability.
The successful Sales Manager will maintain a clear understanding of team performance, sales activity, and emerging issues, proactively addressing concerns before they require ownership involvement.
They will understand which employees are performing, where follow‑up is needed, which accounts are growing or declining, whether NetSuite requirements are being followed, and where opportunities exist to improve profitability and sustainable growth.
