About vialytics:

We’ve created an AI-based solution for a decades-old problem: municipal road management. Our product is intuitive, makes our customers’ lives easier, is award-winning, and has been adopted across multiple countries in Europe. Vialytics was founded in 2018 in Stuttgart, Germany, and recently closed a Series A round of $10m.

We’re in an exciting growth phase and are always looking for great people to join us!

Note: This role requires travel to visit prospects (estimated ~40% of the time).

As a Sales team member, you will:

  1. Own and independently manage your sales region
  2. Generate leads through cold calling, attending events, and networking in your region
  3. Build relationships with decision-makers at all levels of organizations
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing channels
  5. Help improve and streamline the sales process as we expand into new markets

Role Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience in SaaS/technology sales
  2. Comfortable working with members at all organizational levels
  3. Results-driven mindset
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills
  5. Enthusiasm for our solution and introducing it to new markets
  6. Interest in the digitalization of public administration as a technology enthusiast
  7. Driver's license and personal car for on-site visits

The OTE salary range for this role is $160k - $280k (base salary $100k - $140k). The final salary depends on factors such as location, experience, education, and skills.
