HubSpot is seeking a Sales Manager for Small Business to hire, train, and lead a growing team of Growth Specialists (Account Executives) in a fast-paced environment. Remote work options available in the US, with collaboration across the Cambridge, MA office.

You will foster a culture of accountability, coaching, and performance, driving overachievement while aligning with HubSpot's values of Humble, Effective, Adaptable, Remarkable and Transparent.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and drive performance.

As a Small Business Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new and established Growth Specialist (Account Executives) in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This role is based remotely in the US or in our Cambridge, MA office.
