The Opportunity

Are you ready to turn your leadership talent into a high-octane career? We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales floor, empower our team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will lead daily showroom sales operations, manage inventory presentation, mentor sales professionals, and conduct customer test rides to deliver the ultimate purchasing journey.

What You’ll Own & Achieve

  • Manage Finance & Insurance (F&I) Operations: Present financing options, extended service contracts, credit insurance, and protection products to customers; oversee loan processing, titling, and lender relationships to maximize F&I profitability and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coach & Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales representatives on unit product knowledge, sales processes, and customer follow-up strategies.
  • Maintain Operational Safety: Enforce strict situational awareness and vehicle handling safety standards across active dealership premises, vehicle lots, and showroom traffic.

  • Essential Function — Valid Driver’s License & Motorcycle Endorsement: Pursuant to WA SSB 5501, maintaining a valid Driver's License (and motorcycle endorsement where applicable) with a clean driving record is a verified essential function of this position. The Sales Manager is directly responsible for test-riding vehicles with clients, operating motorized inventory, moving vehicles across active dealership grounds, and performing quality check test rides.
  • Safety & Situational Awareness: Comfort operating in a dynamic, loud dealership environment with continuous motor vehicle movement, maintaining constant awareness around foot traffic and showroom vehicles.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and closing skills with proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms.
  • Finance & Insurance (F&I) Proficiency: Prior experience presenting menu selling options, working with powersports or automotive lenders, and maintaining regulatory compliance in financial contracting preferred.
