In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on assigned sales targets related to company products and services in line with the annual IBA Radio Pharma Solutions strategy, sales plan, margin objectives, and company ethical standards to guarantee full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Challenges we trust you with
- Achieve assigned sales and margin targets within new clients in each territory.
- Negotiate best deals in accordance with the pricing strategy and business ethics.
- Influence, convince, and negotiate with client representatives at high levels, including C-level executives (CFO, CEO, COO).
- Track activities and customer information in CRM database (Sales Force/Business Express); ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders: customers, prospects, B2B contacts, and key opinion leaders.
- Ensure up-to-date clinical and technical knowledge and communicate effectively to customers/prospects; contribute to market intelligence by understanding competitors and market trends; report adverse events regarding products to regulatory bodies timely.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and internal departments to ensure product/service availability and timely delivery. Build a network of agents and form selling teams.
- Maintain current knowledge of clinical, regulatory, and technical developments; provide market insights; work with product management, innovation, and marketing to align solutions with market needs.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
What we value
You have:
- 10-15 years of relevant successful sales experience in complex high-tech products, preferably in cyclotron, radiopharmacy, or Nuclear Medicine sectors.
- Fluency in French is an asset but not required.

- Able to identify high-quality prospects, conduct discovery, understand customer needs, and qualify leads.
- Skilled at building relationships and networking with a variety of people.
- Client-oriented, prioritizing the voice of the customer.

- Proficient in discussing and negotiating with executive-level clients.

- Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.

- Able to lead relevant initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $78,200 – 103,000 USD, influenced by location, skills, experience, and education. The role may include bonuses, profit sharing, and benefits.
