Canon U.S.A., Inc. in US-IN-Carmel is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team selling Canon hardware, software, and document solutions with hybrid work options in the Indianapolis area.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in sales leadership, including managing at least two full‑time staff. Base salary ranges from $61,800 to $92,520 with additional incentive compensation potential and a transportation allowance.

Responsible for managing a team that sells specific business system products and services including black & white and color printers and copiers, facsimile equipment, document management solutions and related software. This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Indianapolis, IN so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full‑time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
Progressive responsibility in sales, industry and marketing experience.
Extensive knowledge of Canon products and competitors.
We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $61,800 - $92,520 annually. This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy. Incentive compensation earnings vary by quota assigned, at 100% of plan, the anticipated incentive compensation for this role is $95,700 annually. This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
Sales – This position is full‑time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to report to your local office as directed by management, and to be available to customers in‑person or remotely. It provides the option to work from home on other business days, except to the extent business needs dictate otherwise. Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs as determined by the Company.
