Crawford Thomas Recruiting is assisting a pickleball brand in Atlanta, GA, to hire a hands-on Sales Manager who will build the sales organization, recruit and coach a global contractor network, grow dealer relationships, and personally close new business. This in-office role focuses on expanding channels, partnerships and e-commerce while protecting gross margin.

The position offers autonomy, direct access to ownership, and significant upside as the brand scales; base salary is $50,000–$60,000

Qualifications

• Experience closing new business and growing accounts.
• Hands-on leadership to mentor a dispersed sales team.
• Ability to recruit, develop and motivate sales staff.
• Experience establishing sales KPIs, goals and performance-tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, manage and coach a global network of independent sales contractors.
• Grow existing dealer accounts, increase account penetration and drive repeat business.
• Personally prospect, negotiate and close new dealers, facilities and strategic accounts.
• Develop additional sales channels, partnerships and distribution opportunities.
• Help grow e-commerce revenue and improve online conversion performance.
• Establish sales KPIs, targets, reporting and team accountability.
• Help salespeople strengthen prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Partner with ownership on VIP accounts while driving revenue growth and protecting gross margin.
