Their comprehensive systems support high-speed manufacturing and distribution environments with a portfolio that includes case coding, case erecting, strapping, wrapping, and related end-of-line automation. Their solutions are trusted across a wide range of industries for ensuring operational efficiency, traceability, and compliance.

About the Role:

The Sales Manager role is ideal for driven professionals with a strong understanding of capital equipment and end-of-line packaging systems. This position focuses on developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships across industries such as food & beverage, consumer goods, and logistics. You’ll serve as a consultative resource to clients, identifying pain points and recommending solutions across a portfolio of automation technologies, including marking, coding, strapping, and wrapping systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth in packaging and automation systems.
  • Promote a portfolio that includes case coding, case erecting, wrapping, and strapping equipment to manufacturing and distribution clients.
  • Conduct on-site visits, audits, and solution-based sales presentations to demonstrate value and support capital equipment purchases.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in packaging equipment sales, with specific experience in case coders, erecting systems, stretch wrappers, and end-of-line automation.
